But his SON? Refused. Straight up said no thank you. Out of all the people on earth and all the time Nuh had to convince them, even his own child wouldn't get on the wave. That rejection had to sting but Nuh never stopped trying.
Most of us can't even handle when one person disagrees with us online. Nuh watched his entire civilization reject him for 950 years AND his own son said nah. The level of patience was absolutely unmatched.
The Flood Had No Mercy
Finally Nuh was like "Okay that's it." He prayed: "My Lord, don't leave a single disbeliever on the earth."
Allah told him to build a ship. The people clowned him for it. "You're building a boat? For what? It doesn't even rain here." They were laughing the entire time he was constructing the ark.
When the command came, the sky opened. Water came from below. The ship sailed with the believers. Everyone else? Drowned. Including his son who refused till the very end.
Nuh's wife? Also drowned. She was with him for 950 years but she never actually believed. So she was left behind.
